Can I just make it without the sugar and increase the salt to make them salty biscuits. Do I need to add anything else to make the biscuits without sugar.

Tarla Dalal    Hi Neha,Yes you can make it without sugar. But we would suggest you to make it sweet and salty, which will taste really nice. Just add 1 tbsp of sugar instead of 1/4 cup of sugar. If you like you can add 1/2 tsp roasted crushed cumin seeds as well. Do try the recipe and give us your feedback.

What should be the temperature of oven while preheating n timing ?
