Can you please suggest some change in the ingredients like without onion garlic?

I always wondered if we can make restaurant style veg crispy at home. This recipe is just to the mark. I tied this recipe and the result is just like what we get in restaurants. You need to put in a little effort to make this but the ultimate outcome is totally worth it.

Crispy fried vegetables.. this is one of my favourite starter.. the assorted vegetables is well coated with the batter.. and gives a nice crunch to the veggies.. and the schezwan sauce coated in each vegetable strip.. with a spicy and garlic flavour.. this is a must try recipe..
