Tarla Dalal    Hi Mohit, Make sure you handle the paneer very lightly when you mix it with the marinade. and do not use malai paneer as that is v v soft, use regular paneer.

Tarla Dalal    Hi Hezal, Make sure the paneer you use is fresh and soft. As it is cooked on a tava , paneer cannot get hard. Make sure you serve it immediately.
