I have tried this & tastes yummy. Only the variation I did was instead of curd I added a tablespoon of malai/cream just for getting the smooth texture.

rava toast.. rava mixture on top of bread.. and cooked till crisp and crunchy.. this snack was a big suprise for me.. the mixture on the bread.. is filled with so many veggies.. and little sourness of the curd.. which balances the taste.. and stays fresh in tiffin.. a it was made.. without getting soggy.. that''s the best thing..
