Which type of rava should be used for Rava Dhokla as rava is available as chiroti rava (very fine), upma rava (medium), and bansi rava (a little thicker than upma rava)?

What if we add baking soda the quantity should be the same??

Tarla Dalal    Hi Jyoti, We have not tried with baking soda but, you can use a combination of 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp citric acid instead of fruit salt.
