It turned out awesome dish .. my kids loved it who avoid vegetables at times .. thank u so much for wonderful recepie...I love all your recepie ??

The colour of the gravy is so much like we get in the restaurants. That is one thing which tempted me to try this recipe. The taste of the recipe is also like the restaurant style subzi. Totally loved this recipe. The shallow frying of the vegetables certainly intensifies the taste of the vegetables in the subzi.
