Homemade Peanut Butter, For Weight Loss and Athletes

As i love fitness and run marathons, i tried this peanut butter recipe and it was tasty and healthy. Good to see no hidden sugar and vegetable oils. I snack with peanut butter often when hungry and have it in my office fridge and at home. Its super cheap to make and quick also. Even if your not exercising, eat this as it provides good fat and keep you healthy.
