Tarla Dalal    Halim seeds have phytochemicals which can be beneficial. However these seeds are also a source of protein, so it is wise to consult your doctor before use.

Tarla Dalal    No, we would not recommend storing overnight for 2 reasons - firstly because lemon juice might make the drink sour and secondly some amounts of vitamin C is lost on prolonged exposure to air.
