Very simple and came out too good. My family is very fond of this recipe now especially my 5 year old daughter.. And it is very simple so i can make her every week for her..

Tarla Dalal    Thanks Rajshree. Shallow frying the kebabs will not give a crispy covering, and also if shallow fried, it will be difficult to turn over and cook as it is very delicate to handle. I would suggest you to deep fry these kebabs.
