Do v have to cover all the bread cubes one by one in the curd mixture n then add it all together in the oil ? Won''t the bread pieces get soggy if v soak it in curd n later add it in the oil?

This is the best way to make use of leftover bread and dahi gives it a nice khatta mithha taste, while other spices enhances the taste of this recipe....Worth a try !
