Hi there I have been experiencing some period related problems . A mid wife suggested me to take 1 1/2 tablespoon of this cooked in milk everyday . I have been taking this and still no period . Can you please let me know if I am doing the right thing .

Instead have it with lemon, which is a good source of vitamin C and aids in iron absorption. Also it is wise to consult your gynaecologist for the dosage and frequency.

I just ordered Halim seeds/Asaliya seeds and want to start using it for my problem of excessive hair fall. can you please let me know how i should consume it and in what quantity amd number of days. We are planning pregnancy so Can my wife also consume it? Thank You So much!!!

It is suggested to have this drink on alternate days. Try with a small quantity and if you have any digestive problems, discontinue it for a few days.

I have started using these alive seeds I sock 1 pinch of it in hot water at night and have it with glass of water in morning in empty stomach before walk. I will try it with lemon juice. My question is that, i take just 1 pinch of it so, can i take it regularly or i should take it alternate days Plz let me know ❤
