These turned out so good!😋😋 Followed the recipe to a T. And they are Awesome!!! Had some leftover zucchini and a bag of milled flax seed kicking around and who knew these would be my new favorite? What a great combo of flavor, thanks for the keeper of this delicious recipe!

Çañ I make it using whole wheat flour or oat mealY floral How can yup adjust the quantity?

my kids enjoyed this for breakfast in the morning-make it the previous day and warm and give in the morning. its nutricious and the kids can grab and eat quickly and begin their day-loved it because not too sweet

Zucchini and flax seed muffin.. This is a very different kind of muffin.. and also different taste.. the banana.. in this gives a very mild flavour.. and the flax seeds added.. gives the nutrients.. Simple and quick recipe..
