It''s very quick & easy yet super tasty & healthy option for breakfast, specially if u don''t like zucchini,this is must try, u will start loving zucchini.... Mam which r other veggies that can be added along with zucchini?

These pancakes makes for a healthy breakfast. Also the combination of carrot and zucchini works well. Loved it. Will try again using other flours.

Tarla Dalal    Oats flour, nachni flour or jowar flour can be used instead of rice flour. These are also more healthier than rice flour.

Tried the recipe by replacing grated zucchini with grated potatoes. Liked it very much. Will try with zucchini.

A very healthy pancake and delicious and easy to make. I personally loved the taste of zucchini and carrots in it which gave a crunchy taste to it.
