Yes I tried by not in oven .I baked in kadai bt its output is not fluffy or light weighted like market pav.I want to know what was the reason of my baked Bunn is heavy or not spongy

Tarla Dalal    We have also not tried using kadai. These are baked in oven. If you wish you can go to the nearby bakery to bake it.

Did everything the way its mentioned in the recipe.The dough raise well too, but the buns were not soft....How can we make them soft..

This recipe is what i was waiting for. Whole wheat bread. Everyone in my family loves bread and so do i. These bread rolls are nice and soft from outside and even from inside. Butter it nicely and its yumm. And the best part is i can have it without the guilt of having maida. Also the baking time is just 20 minutes. That''s definately a plus point, otherwise generally there is a lot of baking time in almost all the recipes that i have seen.
