It was an delightful experience... This recipe was very simple and straight aiming to make a lovely lasagne. I made it for the first time . I went thru lots of recipes but this was very lucid . Tasted delicious ... Thanks ..

My all time favourite, I just love the overall combination of pasta sheets layered with vegetable-paneer stuffing and the sauces.Now I use the ready pasta sheets as they are esaily available.

Lasagna sheets layered in between with cottage cheese and vegetable and mixed with a tomato based sauce.
