Thanks for sharing such a wonderful recipe. I firmly believe in ayurveda and chemical free medications. I did my project on medicinal plants during MSc. I strongly recommend tulsi water for everyone.

can i drink as (lemon 15-20 basil leave sugar black peeper4-6 Cardamum 4-5) making boil about 10-15 minutes and lastly Strain andSERVE HOT WILL IT BENEFIT MY HEALTH

Tarla Dalal    Yes, you can have this strained kadha as a detox drink or to overcome cold and soothe your throat, but avoid the use of sugar in it.

How many days we can store readily prepared tulsai water. (Expiration date).

Tarla Dalal    It is best to consume this Tulsi water while it is yet warm or else within a day. Do not store it for too long.
