Chikki didn’t come out well,the mixture was falling apart could not roll

Tarla Dalal    Hi Reema, Chikki making is an art and it does require practice, the pan you use, the flame you cook it on and the timings are all very important....Do try it again and we are sure you will get it right....

Dry fruit and loved by almost everyone. This gives a nice attractive look to the chikki along with the sesame seeds. It is very quick and easy. I have made this many times and its just a perfect recipe. Thin and crisp chiiki tastes the best and this is how it is.
