This recipe wasn''t great. My tikkis fell apart in the oil after sticking.

Tarla Dalal    Hi Sana, make sure your dough is binded well, and try one tikki before you fry the whole lot. If required adjust the consistency of the dough by adding 1/2 tbsp more cornflour.
