Thank you. This was a very easy simple recipe which is very much appreciated by us learner cooks. I added a tablespoon pickle masala to it and curry leaves. Turned out very tasty.

The sweet and sour mango pickle is excellent but can we use jaggery in place of sugar.

Sweet and spicy mango pickle, tastes great with chapatis....the cashewnuts also taste very good so add more.
