Hi , I tried the recipe . It came out yummy. But after cooking it became like a slightly hard jelly . (I am afraid that I have overheated ) . Is there any remedy to bring back to normal ? Thanks

Tarla Dalal    Hi Akila, yes you have overcooked the jam, go with the exact timings to make it. To rectify it, add little water, mix well till it loosens a bit and cook for 1 minute. Then cool it completely and store.

I am not a huge fan of Jams, but this one i really loved it. It hardly takes any time to make this recipe and the results are marvellous. The jam just had like will taste a little sweet, but when you apple it on bread , you will realise the taste is just perfect.
