Perfect starter for parties..where one get to serve healthy snack instead of deep-fried one's...one can also use one variety of sprouts...Indian masalas used in this recipe are just perfect!!!

This is an extremely versatile recipe and would be really portable in.a Pitts bread or change any salad from boring to a feast!.

Nice filling snack. I have tried it out. Also tried a variant i.e. with pudina/dhania chutney instead of tomato ketchup/sauce.
