The sprouts are raw don''t we atleast hv to boil it? Even the leafy veggies esp palak. Plz clarify.

Tarla Dalal    Hi Ramya, Yes the sprouts and the leafy veggies are raw.. It gets cooked on the tava(griddle) with little oil. It gives a nice aromatic flavour to the pancakes.. Do try the recipe and give us your feedback.. We would be happy to know..
