I made the recipe using Greek style yoghurt and therefore did not need to hang the yoghurt to drain out the water. The shrikhand is as creamy n delicious as it would have been with hung curd

I if we use full fat milk How to make Dahi from full fate Dahi for shrikhand making? N i try khaman But it not proper it’s like only besan?

Tarla Dalal    For making shrikhand, full fat curd is perfect. You need to make hung curd for this recipe. The detailed recipe of how to make hung curd is given above. Approx. 3 1/2 cups of thick curd resulted in approximately 2 cups of hung curd. For khaman, please send the link of the recipe tried.
