I have tried this recipe today to make samosas as a tea-time snack. I love this recipe... it is perfect in all its proportions and photographs help in the shaping of the samosa as well. Thank you for being such a big help and a source of yumminess in my life!

Thanks Tarala ji for the wonderful recipe. I made samosa chat and my daughter and husband loved it. But can we use wheat flour instead of maida, as Maida gives stomach ache to mu husband.
