Tarla Dalal    Deepa, we have used the readymade dried mixed herbs if you don’t have you can use dried basil or oregano also

Little time consuming but worth making...juicy capsicums and crunchy nutty peanuts along with crisp bean sprouts make this a complete meal by itself!
