खमन ढोकला जो घले में थोडा सा पकड लेता है लेकिन रवा ढोकला को बनाने के लिए पीसने या फर्मेटिंग की जरूरत नहीं पडती हैं। रवा ढ़ोकला की खासियत है उसका तड़का सरसों, धनिए और हरी मिर्च के साथ हल्का सा कालीमिर्च का पाउडर उपर से डालकर आप सुबह या शाम के नाश्ते में इसका सेवन कर सकते है।
