This looks delicious. However, I do meal prep for a week. Can I make this in one go and store it for a week, or this recipe isn''t well suited for storage and re-heating?

I am not too fond of red pumpkin,but this soup turned out absolutely delicious.Loved it''s creamy texture,slight sweet taste and a nice aroma of herbs.
