Can we use boiled potatoes (mashed or grated )for the bajra pancakes?

Tarla Dalal    Yes you can use boiled and grated potatoes, but raw grated and peeled will give a better mouthfeel. Also if you are using boiled potatoes, you may need to adjust the consistency of the batter.

Amazing Indian-style pancake.. I had it with curd and it was super delicious. And it was done in like 15 min... indeed a quick, filling & tasty recipe!
