Pretty good healthier version. I didnt add the water in the last step as it was already watery.

When my grandfather was craving for pav bhaji but could not eat it because he is not allowed potatoes I came across this recipe which has no potatoes in it and decided to try it, I was hoping he likes it and he said to me it was superb in taste...
