Tarla Dalal    Hi suruchi, As this contains curd, would advice you to consume immediately.. or you can prepare this 1 to 2 hours before, refrigerate and then serve.

Great healthy dip. Parsley and spring onions go well with curds. The dip has a lovely hint of garlic.
