Like to try it but when adding the rice it appears it''s already cooked. Please confirm. As the instructions do not say if it''s cooked or not. Thank you.

Parsely rice.. really an amazing rice recipe.. with lots of parsely.. makes the rice.. aromatic. enjoyed this rice just plain.. like this..
