Since I am diabetic, I wanted to know the nutritional value. How many grams of paneer pakoda constitute 1 serving? Could you please let me know? Thanks.

Thankyou so much for quick response... Wat do u suggest for tiffin snacks, tht will remain as it is for 3 hrs & same for lunch..?? My daughter is tired of upma, poha, thepla, paratha & tindli, bhindi, rajma, etc
