Can I use brown rice instead of basmati rice?

Tarla Dalal    Yes you can use brown rice, but please adjust the quantity of water and number of whistles accordingly.

Tarla Dalal    Hi, As there is palak it will be a little bitter but is not very bitter, if you want add little more cooked rice or add little cream.
