creamy thick.. rice kheer.. which is just perfect.. with sweetness.. and a sweet aroma.. i served this warm, and it tasted so well.. I make this very often as prasad also..

A great recipe.. this is my favourite payasam. As it is very creamy in taste.. and the rice is also perfectly cooked.. The flavour of saffron and cardamom is just too good.. I had warm as well as cold.. and i loved both.. This is a must try recipe..
