They turned out really good, except the pieces which I had cut thin. They turned a bit crispy and chewy. I think it tastes best when the wedges are slightly thick

I love sweet potato and when roasted and made with olive oil and little spice and lemon juice is just an awesome and a filling snack...really loved it...
