Forgot to mention plz add jeera n chilli powder to the curd before garnish. I added a bit of grated carrot n coriander as well

I wasn''t sure it would taste great... But for non fried cooking it was pretty good.I mean this I can have guilt free ....n. It does give u the feel of vada which is awesome.. Just be careful about. The proportions. Also while blending I added chillies , coriander n salt.

I live in the UK. What can I use instead of apple moulds? Alternatively, please let me know where I can buy one. Many thanks

Tarla Dalal    Hi Bubs, Instead of using the appe moulds, you can directly put spoonfuls of the batter in hot oil and deep-fry them. You can look for appe moulds in the stores where you get kitchen utensils or you can also check for the same online. Do try this recipe and share your valuable feedback with us.

Non-fried Dahi-wada in a apple mould !! Superb idea to sneak in a low-cal snack and yet benefit from the protein.
