Tarla Dalal    Hi Baljitkaur, Babies at such young age don''t have a palate for for salt and sugar. Also according to the latest research, babies should not be given salt till 1 year of age and hence we haven''t added it to this recipe. We have recently updated our Baby and Toddler Cookbook. Wow.. mixed vegetable soup, it is a great soup, for kids. My niece enjoys this soup, with a nice mild taste. My sister gives this soup every alternate day, as it keeps her full for a longer time.
