When I tried to make it but it has become paste not like a dough could not make it please help

Crispy soft cabbage vadas, with loads of cabbage, which makes it healthy, and tasty also. My family loves this during tea time.

I must admit that I was a paranoid mummy when it came to 'tiffin' for my 11 & 7 year old. Till I came across the AWESOME recipe slider of Tarla ji for Tiffin Treats for Kids:) A true & wonderful collection...no longer do I have have to worry about receiving a comment on the 'boring' regular plain cheese sandwich again(?) Thanks Tarla ji...you are an inspiration for all of us
