Tarla Dalal    Hi Lax, Barfi being an authentic Indian sweet makes use of khoya. Khoya gives that perfect texture and binds together all the ingredients. Most of our barfi recipes make use of mawa. An amazing mithai.. I love rthe crunchyness from the dryfruits once the barfi is ready and set. I will surely make this on festive occasions.
