Hi .. I tried this recipe . First instance.. appe turned to be good. But second time when I took them in box to office.. they were stretching like rubber. Plz guide what went wrong. Regards

Tarla Dalal Hi, As mentioned in the recipe it has to be had immediately.. but if you need to carry for office, i would suggest you to add a tsp of fruit salt or a pinch of baking soda and den cook it in the appe mould. Do let us know.. how it turned out..

Hi, I think this is a great recipe, I want to try this but I wonder if I could add some soda bicarbonate to make them a bit fluffy? Thanks

Tarla Dalal Hi Leena, You need not add soda bicarb.These appes turn out to be really soft even without soda bicarb!
