Tarla, I am fairly new to Indian cooking, and would like to try making this dish, but I don''t have idli pans. Would giant muffin tins do as a substitute? Thanks for your response!

Do we add sooji or idli rawa? In the ingredients it has sooji and in method it is idli rawa

idli can be so quick to make.. amazing recipe.. sudden guest arrived.. made this idli for snacks.. And the response was so so good.. Thank you for the recipe.. It taste really nice..
