It is amazing recipe... I tried to bake for the first time and it came out so well.. just a suggestion refrigerate the cake for overnight for perfect cheesecake

This was my first attempt at baking anything at all, and the cheesecake turned out to be great! The texture was perfect! However, I do suggest that you spread a layer of jam over the top of the cheesecake and then allow it to freeze and set, as the cheesecake otherwise lacks the requisite sweetness. Thank you for your recipe!
