Hi you have mentioned 4 cloves but i cant see it been used any where . Can you tell Me for what we need cloves?

Tarla Dalal    Hi Zubina, thank you for your feedback. You can serve Hummus with fresh cut veggie sticks like cucumber, carrot, etc. You can also try making Pita bread and Lavash at home. They go best with Hummus. Check our website for these recipes.

I was skeptical about curd in hummus, but it tastes brilliant. The hummus was light and fluffy, and tangy too. Amazeee

Sorry but there is not supposed to be curds in this recipe. Authentic hummus has sesame paste.

I have realized when one is making falafel, hummus is one of the most important thing and should taste very good...when I tried this recipe it was fab, just perfect in taste and texture...
