Do these stay soft after baking or do they harden?

Tarla Dalal    They are like chocolate chips available in the market - hard but not soft enough to melt. However you need to store them in the refrigerator.

Its really amazing so easy and so simple.But I have a question. Can I use chocolate compound inspite of chocolate?

Tarla Dalal    Hi Mayanka, Yes, you can use chocolate compound but, it will be slightly sweet compared to the one made with dark chocolate.

Wow.. now chocolate chips can be made at home.. At times chocolate chips is not available in the market.. now i have made this recipe.. twice the quantity.. and stored it for future use.. Thank you for posting this recipe..
