Hi Tarla ji I have been trying your recipes for years and loving them. Just wanted to know if I don''t blanch and deseed the tomatoes and just purees them will it not come out nice. Thank you

Tarla Dalal    If you don''t blanch the tomatoes, you will get a raw smell in the pizza sauce.

Thank you for this recipe! It was excellent! The flavour was robust and the sauce was well seasoned. It was easy to prepare. I used Italian seasoning because that was what I had on hand, and I simmered mine for about ten minutes to thicken it up. I will never use that canned stuff again!

Tarla Dalal    It stays fresh in the fridge for 4 days and freezer for at least 3 months. There is no need of any preservative.

Tarla Dalal    Hi Mina, In the fridge it will lasts only for 3 days or so, but in the freezer it will lasts longer for atleast 2 months....
