My husband like sweets very much and would like to make this receipe soon. If I do not want to add mawa, can you please advise with what ingredient should I substitute mawa. Looking forward to hear from you soon.

Tarla ji, I have to make this in large quantities. Like for 40 ppl. Do I need to fry the carrots first or can I skip the step ?

Tarla Dalal    Hi Gayathri, The sauteing of the carrots is important.. if it is not possible to do in one batch, make in 2 batches.. but do not skip the step..
