great way to intake apples.. specially those who find it quite boring to bite into it.. also the dressing is best suited to this light crunchy salad.. by further enhancing its elegantly mild flavors..

Cucumber, pappaya and lettuce mixed with apple dressing. Ideal combination for diabetics.
