Hi..... can I substitute castor sugar with brown sugar... also can I run white sugar in a blender and then use it

Tarla Dalal    Hi, Yes you can use brown sugar instead of white sugar. If whole grain sugar run in the blender, the proportion might change. Try and measure it after blending of sugar.

Can you substitute milk for something else?
