Tried this. Did not like it much as the amount of chilli powder mentioned was less and also as Asafoetida was not added the eggs had a peculiar smell. It could have been tasted better if you add Asafoetida and Meat Masala.

Tarla Dalal Hi, The spice level you can always adjust according to your taste, the recipes here are always of a standard measurement, where it is suitable for all. Bhurji never has asafoetida in general, but if you wish you can add for your taste and also any other masala of your choice. Happy cooking!!!

Egg Burji.. a perfect recipe for breakfast.. and this is just perfect in taste.. with spice.. I love this to have with laadi pav.. This is a must try recipe for all the egg lovers..
