you can air fry these kababs......also you can fill thick curd in it. this will enhance the taste and become actual dahi ke kabab

About this dahi kabab recipe, I was wondering if, instead of frying, it would be a good idea to bake them in the oven; or if there''s any other possible way to cook them instead of frying. Hi, I am following a low carb diet. In this recipe, apart from the bread crumbs, everything is good for my diet. Could you suggest something else to use instead of bread crumbs which is low in carbohydrates? Regards, Anil

Tarla Dalal    Hi Anil, You can avoid the bread crumbs and try cooking the kebab directly on a oil greased tava on a slow flame.

Awesome taste just loved it....very easy receipe.. Instead of breadcrumbs can we coat it with corn flour liquid??? Pls suggest.
